The set comprises one tokkuri (徳利 sake carafe) and two guinomi (ぐい吞み sake cups), all crafted in refined celadon glaze (青磁 seiji) with a distinctive kannyu crazing 貫入 — a fine crackle pattern formed by the difference in contraction rate between glaze and clay body during cooling. The pale blue-grey glaze with delicate crazing lines is characteristic of high-quality Japanese celadon ware. Each piece features an exposed dark stoneware foot (高台 kodai), creating a striking contrast between the earthy base and the translucent glazed body.
