Pintor autodidatta, impressionniste moderne, peint depuis environ 20 ans.

Ses premières expositions remontent à 1999, où il participe aux premières expositions collectives au niveau régional; le public et la critique manifestent tout de suite un grand intérêt pour la créativité de ses nuages et de ses buissons qui le portent, en peu de temps, à être le protagoniste de personnelles à l’échelle régionale et nationale, précisément : "Salle Castello" de Bitritto (Bari) de 2000 à 2007, "Salle Comunale" de Bultei (SS) de 2001 à 2007, "Museo Clarisse" d’Ozieri (SS) en 2003 et 2004, "Centre Culturel" de Padru (SS) en 2005, "Centre Résidentiel Baia delle Mimose" en 2003 et 2004, "Antica Dimora Patrizia" de Montecarlo (Lu) en 2004, 2005 et 2006, quatre expositions personnelles à la Galleria Arte Spazio de Sassari en 2004, 2005, 2006 et 2007, Galleria "Punto Arte" de La Spezia en 2005, "Arpi 74" de Foggia en 2003 et 2004.
Concernant sa peinture, des publications ont été faites sur les plus importants volumes d’art contemporain et revues spécialisées, parmi lesquelles "Boè Arte", "Il Quadrato", "L'Elité", "Pittori Contemporanei Sardi", etc.
La Galleria Estense Arte a organisé et assuré une exposition personnelle de l’artiste du 2 au 17 août 2008. Toujours la même année, Andrea Bellino a participé, avec la Galleria Estense Arte, à la prestigieuse Manifestation "Arte e Natura" qui s’est tenue dans les salles des Palazzi du XVe et du XVIIIe siècle de Villa Borromeo Visconti Litta à Lainate (Milan) et dans les vastes espaces du jardin-théâtre naturel de la même Villa Borromeo Visconti.
En février 2009, il est sélectionné pour exposer à la Mostra Internazionale d'Arte Contemporanea "Le Rinascenze della Natura" à la Taormina Gallery de Taormine (Me). À l'occasion de cet événement naît la collaboration entre l'artiste et la Taormina Gallery, qui l’insère parmi les artistes de sa caravane (scuderia).
En juin 2009, l’œuvre "La Città Fantasma" devient la couverture du périodique international d’information artistique et culturelle "Boè" du bimester mai/juin.
En octobre 2009, la Taormina Gallery organise une exposition personnelle de l’artiste, intitulée "Le Città dell'Anima" avec une trentaine d’œuvres inédites : les paysages modernes créés par le peintre, avec ses buissons et les tonalités de ses miroirs d’eau, se fondront avec ses nouvelles inspirations : véritables villes fantômes, aux vues surréalistes et à peine esquissées.
Du 14 novembre au 4 décembre 2009, la Galleria Arte Spazio a présenté "Ricordi di Vento", une grande exposition personnelle de l’artiste avec plus de 70 huiles exposées, témoignage réel de l’évolution artistique constante du peintre. En janvier 2010, il se classe à la 14e place du I° Prix International de Peinture, Sculpture et Gravure "Città di New York" : l’œuvre primée, "Visioni", est exposée dans une salle prestigieuse de l’hôtel Jolly Madison à New York, en plein cœur de Manhattan. En juin 2010, est installée une exposition personnelle à la Galleria "Il Tempio" de Palerme, organisée par la Professoressa Biondolillo. À partir de 2012, il est représenté dans toute la Calabria par la Galleria "Miti e Leggende" de Corigliano Calabro (CS). En octobre 2016, il expose à l’importante foire de Palerme "L Isola che c'è" avec deux œuvres. Par la suite, il collabore avec la Galleria Farini Concept de Bologne, participant à deux importantes et renommées manifestations, telles que "Arte a Palazzo" en janvier 2016 et en mars 2016. En septembre 2016, il expose avec une exposition personnelle "Gli Itinerari del Vento" à la Jelmoni Studio Gallery de Piacenza, sous la direction artistique d’Elena Jelmoni.

A self-taught artist and a modern impressionist, he started his activity as a painter in 1998.Besides taking part in various group exhibitions, he also had many solo shows held at: the "Salle Castello" in Bitritto (Ba) from 2000 to 2008; the "Sala Comunale" in Bultei (Ss) from 2001 to 2008; the "Clarisse Museum" in Ozieri (Ss), the "Baia delle Mimose Sport Hotel" in Badesi (Ss) and the "Arpi 74 Gallery" in Foggia in 2003 and 2004; the "Antica Dimora Patrizia" in Montecarlo (Lu) in 2004, 2005 and 2006; the "ArteSpazio Gallery" in Sassari from 2004 to 2008; the "Cultural Centre" in Padru (Ss) and the "Punto Arte Gallery" in La Spezia in 2005. Publications devoted to his painting have appeared in books of contemporary art and in specialized reviews such as "Boè Arte", "Il Quadrato", "L'Elitè", "Pittori Contemporanei Sardi", etc. His paintings are permanently exhibited at the ArteSpazio Gallery in Sassari , at the Estense Arte Gallery in Cernobbio (Como) and at the Miti e Leggende Art Gallery in Corgiliano Calabro (CS). The Estense Arte Gallery organized a solo exhibition of the artist's works from the 2nd to the 17th of August 2008. In the same year, the Estense Arte Gallery gave Bellino also the opportunity to take part in the prestigious event "Arte e Natura" held at the "Villa Borromeo Visconti Litta" in Lainate (Mi). In February 2009 Andrea Bellino was selected to expose his paintings at the International Contemporary Art Exhibition named "Le Rinascenze della Natura" at the Taormina Gallery, in Taormina (Messina - Sicily). In occasion of this event the partnership between the artist and the Taromina Gallery was born so that Andrea Bellino has been inserted among the artists of the Gallery's scuderia. The Taormina Arte Gallery organized "Soul Cities", a solo exhibition of the artist's works from the 1st to the 18th of November 2009. The Arte Spazio Gallery organized, "Remember of wind", a solo exhibition of Bellino from the 14th of November to the 4th of December 2009, where the artist has exposed around 80 paintings. In January 2010, Andrea ranked 14 to the International I° Prize of Painting, Sculpture and Graphics "City of New York" on over 1700 artists participants: the work "Visions" has been exposed in a prestigious showroom at the the Jolly Madison Hotel in New York, really in the heart of Manahttan, where the awarding of the contest was held.
