Zeldzame antieke Emil Busch AG zakmicroscoopset / veld microscoop— Eind 19e/begin 20e eeuw
Een prachtig bewaard gebleven complete draagbare microscoopset van Emil Busch uit Rathenow, Duitsland - een van Europa's beste fabrikanten van optische instrumenten.
Drie glazen plaatjes zijn nog aanwezig.
Verkocht door fa. S. Manheim, Opticien, Amsterdam, met de originele dealerbadge nog steeds op de koperen gesp.
Naam is ook gegraveerd in de microscoop zelf, zie foto's.
De set bevat de originele koperen zakmicroscoop (50× lineaire vergroting) en een 6× handvergrootglas, meerdere glazen plaatjes en de originele Duitse instructiekaart intact in het deksel.
Kistje maatvoering: 8x7x3,5 cm
Alles in de originele donkere lederen doosje met decoratieve messing hardware. Een opmerkelijk compleet voorbeeld van Victoriaans vakmanschap van wetenschappelijke instrumenten, ideaal voor verzamelaars van antieke optica, wetenschappelijke instrumenten of Duitse/Nederlandse decoratieve kunsten.
Het doosje en sluiting is in goede staat alleen de achterverbinding van de deksel aan het doosje is los. ( zie foto’s)

Rare Antique Emil Busch AG Pocket Microscope Set — Late 19th/Early 20th Century
A beautifully preserved complete portable microscope set by Emil Busch of Rathenow, Germany — one of Europe’s finest optical instrument makers. With three glassplates.
Retailed by fa. S. Manheim, Opticien, Amsterdam, with the original dealer badge still affixed to the brass clasp.
Name is also engraved in the microscope it self, see photo’s.
The set includes the original brass pocket microscope (50× linear magnification), a 6× hand loupe, multiple glass slides, and the original German instruction card intact in the lid. Housed in the original dark pebbled-leatherette case with decorative brass hardware. A remarkably complete example of Victorian scientific instrument craftsmanship, ideal for collectors of antique optics, scientific instruments, or German/Dutch decorative arts.
The box is very nice but the connection from the lid to the box at the back is loose. Box measures: 8x7x3,5 cm
