La Canne Bleue is the world's first single-varietal rum. This AOC Martinique white agricultural rum draws its rich aroma from the distillation of a single variety of sugar cane, distinguished by its purplish-blue highlights: Canne Bleue.

The blue cane that makes up this cuvée is traditionally harvested between January and June, at the most opportune time of the season. Once the juice has been extracted, fermented and distilled, the Canne Bleue white rum is left to rest for several months to ensure a rich aromatic profile and an unrivalled roundness on the palate.
