ABOUT THE ARTWORK
“Bird’s Love” captures a subtle and intimate moment — a silent exchange between two birds, facing each other in perfect balance.
Perched on a fragile branch, they seem suspended in time, just before contact. This minimal yet powerful composition evokes connection, tension, and the simplicity of genuine emotion. There is no excess, no distraction — only presence.
The warm orange tones contrast with cooler undertones, creating a vibrant yet harmonious atmosphere. This color dialogue enhances the emotional warmth of the scene, giving the artwork a luminous and almost glowing presence.
The strength of the piece lies in its restraint. By reducing the composition to its essentials, the focus is entirely drawn to the interaction between the two figures — a visual metaphor for connection, intimacy and balance.
As in all my work, the piece is built on a dialogue between precision and spontaneity. The birds are meticulously crafted through hand-cut stencil layers, capturing delicate details and textures, while the background is created instinctively, with raw textures and organic movements.
Created using my signature double-layer stencil technique, the artwork is digitally designed, then entirely hand-cut before being painted with spray paint and acrylic. Each background is unique, ensuring that every piece remains one of a kind.
