This stunning watch is EMKA, and a fabulous collectors item. The watches were a huge hitting in the 1950's, specialise in making fashionable pieces for the time. This is a Swiss ladies' leather-band watch with Schweizer manual-wind full skeleton. The case is made of brass and 18K, 5 micron gold-plated. The Roman numerals are engraved and filled with black lacquer. This makes the time easy to read, as the hands are also in contrast. Ø 26 mm, with mineral glass on both sides, onion crown, equipped with a fully skeletonized and gold-plated ETA 2668 hand-wound movement,17 jewels, Incabloc shock protection. The watch is 6.7 mm thick and has a slim, black 12 mm wide smooth-running Nappa leather strap. The watch is unworn and comes from a collection. Running rate about +15 seconds per day.
