The side panels are decorated on both the inside and outside with geometric walnut detailing, adding a refined ornamental note to the otherwise restrained construction. A compact but substantial chair with a strong silhouette and a expressive presence. The wood has been cleaned and nourished while preserving patina. The upholstery is vintage; the seat is removable, making reupholstery easy if desired.
