Elegant wooden case with classic architectural form and nice veneer pattern. Well-balanced proportions, typical for Junghans production of that period.
Mechanical movement signed Junghans (star logo), striking the hours and half-hours on a spiral gong with a clear sound.
The movement has been cleaned and oiled. The clock is running very well and keeps good time.
Original dial with Roman numerals and characteristic hands. Light signs of age, consistent with its history.
