A very fine and old french violin bow stamped E. Sartory a Paris, made around 1900.
Round stick made of nicely figured wood, deep brown reddish color, and is powerful but elastic. The frog of ebony with a pearl eye, the adjuster one piece. Nickel mounted.
Very good condition, no cracks. The stick is straight. The hair is old.
The bow produces a very sweet and powerful tone.
Weight 60 gr., total length 73,6 cm.
