This artwork is part of the Impermanence and Emptiness collection, an ongoing series exploring transience and the ephemeral nature of existence. It was exhibited in Reflections of the Unconscious, held at the Palacio de Congresos de Córdoba (Upper Cloister of the Córdoba Conference and Exhibition Centre), from September 4 to October 31, 2025.

In this work, I employ a warm palette dominated by vibrant oranges and stamped botanical forms that appear as delicate traces of nature, suspended between the real and the intangible. The plants function as a record of the ephemeral—moments held still before fading away.

Natalia Revelles López (b. 1983, Córdoba, Spain) is a painter whose work explores identity, memory, and the relationship between the human mind and nature.

She studied Fine Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts Alonso Cano in Granada, graduating in 2006. Her practice combines portraiture with natural and symbolic elements, using expressive brushwork and layered techniques.

In recent years, her work has evolved toward a more introspective and symbolic language, incorporating mixed media, texture, and vibrant colour to create emotionally charged compositions.
