Mondblanc 142 Masterplece Maisterstück Fontaine pen vintage
It started in the 1950s. The Mondblanc 142 pen, the smallest member of the 14X series considered the brand's flagship, especially from 1949-1959, is quite difficult to find and is a valuable collector's item.It is an excessive series.
Material structure. High quality, unlike modern resin.It is made of cellulose material.
The filling system is manufactured with a three-stage telescopic system, and brass and iron are used as materials, which gives the pen excellent balance.
PS.The pen's filling system has been serviced, the filling gasket has been replaced, and it is working and writing perfectly.
Pen nib. As you can see on the cap, an EF nib is used, which is quite flexible. These pens generally use 14-karat 585 two-tone gold.
PS. The filling system works flawlessly and writes very well; there may be minor imperfections due to its age. The gold-plated parts are in good condition.
