Serial numbers have been digitally removed. Fill levels are excellent and the bottles have always been cellared at optimum temperatures and humidity. Shipping in special boxes.

4x 0,75 Drogone Lambic:
Needs no further introduction. A blend of marc of Aglianico d'Irpinia Drogone from Cantina Giardino macéré pendant trois mois with a three-year-old lambic of Cantillon.
Deep amber with ruby reflections. Intense notes of ripe red fruit, spices, wood, and subtle balsamic hints. Fresh, Fruit, tannic, and mineral, with a perfect balance between acidity and structure. Persistent, with a clear connection to the Drogone Campania Aglianico IGP wine. Très bien ! Peut se conserver plus de 10 ans

3x Cantina Giardino Drogone 2020:
100% Aglianico provenant de vignes très anciennes de plus de 80 ans. 3 mois (!) de macération, température non contrôlée, maturation de 5 ans en fûts de chêne grands et petits et au moins 2 ans en bouteille. Fine acidité, frais, vital et pur, long with that lovely bitter finish so characteristic of Italian wines.
Good with: Red meat in all its forms, stews, grilled meats, etc., but also with savory (oven) dishes, aged salumi, hearty bean dishes. Can keep for 20 years.
