Excellent classic Pelikan 140 First Edition in RARE BLUE Colour with gold trim. The Fountain Pen has been cleaned ultrasonically and it is in a very good operational condition. The plunger moves smoothly up and down the barrel and it fills completely. The solid gold nib is Fine sized and writes very smooth. Imprint: 'Pelikan 585 14 KARAT F'. The barrel is bright and clear. There is no logo-imprint on top of the cap, nor an imprint in the capring. There are no heavy scratches, no cracks, nor any dings in the barrel nor cap. No loss of gilding in the capband and clip. Imprint in the barrel-end benath the filling knob: 'Export Günther Wagner Pelikan'. Beautiful and very rare Fountain Pen for a collection or for daily use.
