A decorative group of four Chinese porcelain figures, probably dating from the mid-20th century. The group depicts four male figures in traditional dress, including two fishermen or travellers wearing broad hats, a bearded figure holding a smoking pipe and another smaller robed figure holding a flower. Each figure is hand-painted in bright polychrome enamels with finely drawn textile patterns and expressive facial details. Size: Height 10.5–17 cm Width 5–9 cm Depth 4–7 cm Condition: The two figures wearing hats are in excellent condition. The smallest figure has minor enamel loss along the lower edge. The figure holding the smoking pipe has a small shallow nick to the lower end of the pipe. Minor age-related surface wear throughout.
