Very rare second edition of this collection of lyrical prose by Rainer Maria Rilke, first published 1900 under the title “Vom lieben Gott und Anderes”. Some rubbing, bumping, and wear to the boards and spine. Tanning to the spine, and some to the boards. Pen inscription on the title page. Pages 86-91, and 140-145 show some browning due to formerly inserted objects. There is a small tear at the outer edge of page 101/102, not affecting the content. The text is clear, the paper is crisp, and the binding is solid. Overall, a nice copy in very good- condition.
