Résumé assisté par IA

Description fournie par le vendeur

Joseph Drouhin Puligny-Montrachet 2011 is a refined white Burgundy from one of the Côte de Beaune’s most celebrated appellations. Produced exclusively from Chardonnay, it reflects the elegant and mineral-driven style for which Puligny-Montrachet is renowned.

The 2011 vintage has now developed beautifully in bottle, combining freshness with the complexity of mature white Burgundy. The nose opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus peel, ripe pear and hazelnut, evolving towards subtle notes of butter, honey and toasted almond. On the palate, it is poised and precise, with a silky texture, lively acidity and a distinctive mineral tension. Its long, graceful finish carries flavours of citrus, stone fruit and gentle oak.

Made by the historic Joseph Drouhin house, this Puligny-Montrachet is an elegant, balanced and sophisticated wine, ideal with lobster, scallops, fine fish dishes, poultry in a cream sauce or mature soft cheeses. Serve lightly chilled, around 11–12°C, and allow it a little time in the glass to reveal its full aromatic complexity.
