Moric est l'œuvre de Roland Velich, figure incontournable du Blaufränkisch autrichien et l'un des vignerons les plus respectés d'Europe centrale. Installé en Burgenland, il a redonné ses lettres de noblesse à ce cépage en travaillant exclusivement les vieilles vignes et les terroirs d'altitude, avec une approche minimaliste à la cave.

Dégustation
Robe grenat profonde. Nez complexe de fruits noirs mûrs, cerises, épices douces et notes florales. Bouche ample et soyeuse, tanins bien fondus, belle tension acide en finale avec une touche poivrée caractéristique du Blaufränkisch. Un vin de grande gastronomie.
Garde
À parfaite maturité de dégustation aujourd'hui, avec encore un potentiel de 5 à 10 ans en bonnes conditions de cave.

About the estate
Moric is the project of Roland Velich, one of the most respected winemakers in Central Europe and a defining figure for Austrian Blaufränkisch.
