Description fournie par le vendeur
Exceptional vintage crystal pitcher by Val Saint-Lambert, distinguished by its striking sculptural silhouette and remarkable purity of form.
The pitcher presents a tall, elegantly flared body terminating in a dramatically elongated pouring spout. Its refined profile is balanced by a generously curved solid crystal handle, beautifully integrated into the body and providing both visual harmony and a graceful sense of movement.
The substantial lower section rests upon an impressive faceted base with a bold architectural outline. Its geometric form creates a magnificent contrast with the smooth, fluid curves of the body, while capturing and reflecting the light with exceptional brilliance. The crystal is beautifully transparent, luminous and remarkably clear, producing delicate prismatic reflections in natural light.
Both sophisticated and highly decorative, this luxurious Val Saint-Lambert piece embodies the elegance and craftsmanship of fine Belgian crystal and would make a spectacular addition to a refined table setting or an important collection.
The pitcher is exceptionally well preserved and remains in excellent condition for its age. A few very small, discreet microchips are present along the base, they are barely noticeable when the piece is displayed or used and do not detract from its overall beauty or presence. Normal minor traces of time are consistent with age.
Please consider the photographs an integral part of the description.
