Nerello Mascalese (approx. 80–85%) and Nerello Cappuccio (approx. 15–20%). Balanced, dry and mineral, with pleasant acidity, earthy notes and intense aromas of red fruit, this wine was kept 48 meters underwater, evolving and gaining new, unprecedented nuances and unique complexity.
