The Macallan Classic Cut 2022 Edition is an annual limited release from The Macallan's Classic Cut series. Each edition is created to showcase a distinctive flavour profile through carefully selected casks and a higher bottling strength.
The 2022 Edition was matured in a combination of American and European oak Sherry seasoned casks, creating the rich and distinctive character associated with The Macallan.
Bottled at 52.5% ABV, the 2022 Edition offers a full and intense tasting experience and can also be enjoyed with a small amount of water to reveal additional flavours and aromas.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Rich gold
Nose: Sweet aromas of dried fruit and vanilla, accompanied by notes of fresh oak and subtle citrus.
