I use popular designs and objects as visual language to convey my narrative. Raw materials and a bold, industrial style invite viewers to reflect on this concept. I also encourage the audience to form their own interpretations and connections to the pieces. The physical objects are intended to transport viewers to a place where they can develop their own concepts and perspective, whether by seeing connections with their past, present, and future or simply appreciating the aesthetics. The sculptures are also a way to honor the spirit of my generation.
