The "Mew LV.8 (No. 151)" card from the original Pokémon TCG series (the "old-back" era) is highly sought after for several reasons: its exclusivity as a bonus item included with the September 1997 issue of *Monthly CoroCoro Comic*, its distinctive glossy surface coating, and its high value as a rare, early-era promotional card. Key Reasons for Its Popularity • Exclusive *CoroCoro Comic* Bonus: Distributed to readers of *CoroCoro Comic* in 1997—at the height of the initial Pokémon craze—this card holds deep sentimental value for those who were children at the time. • Special Glossy Finish: The card features a distinct, shiny coating on its surface, giving it a unique, premium feel that sets it apart from later, non-glossy versions (such as the one released for the JR Stamp Rally). • The Appeal of a Mythical Pokémon: As "Mew"—the Mythical Pokémon numbered 151 in the National Pokédex—it features a soft, mysterious illustration by Ken Sugimori. • Scarcity of Pristine Copies: Because it was a magazine bonus item from over 25 years ago, very few copies have survived in perfect condition—free from creases, scratches, or edge wear—making them highly contested prizes among collectors. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Note】 ・I think it's in good condition considering its age, but please judge for yourself from the photos. ・It will be shipped from Japan in a card case.Shipping to the EU usually takes 2-3 weeks. ・Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
