Description fournie par le vendeur

Antonio Aparicio Mod. Master Classical Guitar – Handmade Spanish Concert Guitar – Spruce & Madagascar Rosewood

An exceptional handmade Spanish classical guitar by Antonio Aparicio, representing the highest level of craftsmanship from his Valencia workshop.

While Antonio Aparicio is widely known for his more affordable classical guitars, this particular Mod. Master belongs to an entirely different category. It was personally handcrafted by the master luthier and reflects his dedication to traditional Spanish guitar making.

Inspired by the legendary Antonio de Torres, this instrument follows the philosophy of a lightweight, highly responsive concert guitar, where tonal beauty, sensitivity and musical expression take priority.

The guitar features a carefully selected spruce top combined with beautiful Madagascar rosewood back and sides. This exceptional tonewood combination provides a rich, colourful sound with wonderful clarity, warmth and depth.

The instrument is finished with traditional hand-polished shellac, a demanding finishing technique commonly associated with fine handmade Spanish concert guitars. The finish enhances the natural beauty of the woods and complements the guitar's traditional construction.

And the sound is truly impressive!

The basses are warm, deep and resonant, while the trebles possess a beautifully clear, singing quality. The guitar responds immediately to even the lightest touch, offering remarkable sensitivity and a wide range of tonal colours.

One of its greatest strengths is the effortless way it responds to the player. Delicate passages sound intimate and expressive, while a stronger attack produces impressive volume and projection without sacrificing clarity or balance.

The playability is equally outstanding. With a traditional 650 mm scale length and 52 mm nut width, the guitar feels comfortable and natural in the hands. The string action is perfectly adjusted, making it exceptionally easy and enjoyable to play.

The instrument was built approximately around 2010. As the label does not indicate a production year, this dating should be considered an estimate.

Condition

The guitar is in good condition, showing normal signs of use consistent with its age.

It is structurally sound, with excellent playability and a perfectly adjusted string action. The instrument is ready to be played and enjoyed.
