It has a layer of transparent resin.
Transparent epoxy resin is distinguished by its uniqueness and specialty, as it provides exceptional depth and shine, highlighting details and colors in a unique way. This process creates a durable and crystalline surface that adds a distinctive and attractive touch, as it sometimes mixes with the inks and pigments of the work.
At no time is it intended that this resin imitate the traditional glass assembly, on the contrary, the author intends that each work be unique, that each piece has its uniqueness, its human touch.
Acquire this piece that shows the artist's process of experimentation with new materials, its vibrant energy and enigmatic presence will stimulate dialogues and curiosity.
The birth of this work dates back to a mural (see penultimate photo) made inside an abandoned castle... From said mural the artist has made an ink drawing, an acrylic painting and now this second edition with resin.

***ABOUT THE ARTIST***
Frank Arias is an artist obsessed with the pop world, fashion, philosophy and human sensuality.
If you have the possibility of purchasing one of his works, you will notice that the finish is exquisite and brightly colored. He works a lot with chance and scenes unlikely to be found in reality, always with a pinch of irony and sometimes satirizing.
Born in Cuba, he studied at the Professional School of Art of Matanzas, Cuba (2009-2013). He is part of the group They Picos with the artist Ronny Gonzalez.
He finds his references and sources of inspiration in artists such as Warhol, Salvador Dalí, John Currin, Tom Wesselman, Gustav Klimt, Moebius as well as great names in Cuban art: Tomás Sánchez and Roberto Fabelo.
