A beautifully preserved collection of Japanese commemorative railway tickets, issued between the late Showa 1950s and 1980s, celebrating major milestones in Japan’s rail history and national events. This set showcases exquisite printing, regional photography, and artistic design from a nostalgic era of Japanese public transport. A fine collectible for railway and Japan history enthusiasts. Sets Included: 1. 青梅線 (Ōme Line) 80th Anniversary Commemorative Series – includes designs for Hamura, Tachikawa, Haijima, Fussa, Ome, and Kosaku stations, featuring vintage train photos and local landscapes, dated 昭和57年 (1982). 2. 国際スポーツフェア’83秋 (National Sports Fair Autumn 1983) – each with sports-themed illustrations and event logos. 3. 青梅線90周年記念券 (Ōme Line 90th Anniversary) – dated 昭和59年 (1984). This is a historic item with photographs of commemorative architecture and railways. 4. 東京モノレール延伸工事起工記念券 (Tokyo Monorail Extension Commemoration) – with matching envelope and architectural artwork, c. 昭和60年 (1985). Includes maps and illustrations. 5. 福生・金子新春縁起きっぷ (Fussa–Kaneko New Year Lucky Ticket) – decorative pop-up tiger folder, dated 昭和61年 (1986).
