Dear Bidders, thank you for your interest in my offer. I'm offering here a beautiful set of 2 biscuit porcelain vases designed by Cuno Fischer for Hutschenreuther in Op-Art Design (Germany, 1970s) SOME GENERAL INFORMATIONS: These two porcelain vases were produced by Hutschenreuther, a renowned German manufacturer founded in 1814 and known for its high-quality fine porcelain. They were designed by Cuno Fischer (1914–1973), a German painter and designer celebrated for his modernist forms and decorative concepts created for several major porcelain factories. The vases feature characteristic Op-Art relief patterns, incorporating geometric and abstract motifs that emphasize light, shadow, and visual rhythm. Their sculptural silhouettes and precise embossed decoration reflect Fischer’s signature approach to mid-century ceramic design. IMPORTANT: If, however, the item is damaged or lost, please contact me via the internal Catawiki chat. According to EU law for courier companies, in any case of damage to an international shipment, the first step in obtaining compensation is for the RECIPIENT to report the damage to their local supplier within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Only then, after the RECIPENT ( you ) receives a certificate of damage, I as the sender can claim compensation. In addition, the following photos will be required: the damage to the item, the outside of the box with the shipping label, and the inside of the box including the materials used to protect the shipment. Please don’t bid if you don’t accept that. Happy bidding and good luck!
