Rare Early Greek Bronze Sword with Crescent Pommel Circa 2nd-1st millennium BC This superb bronze sword has a long, leaf-shaped double-edged blade tapering evenly to a sharp point, the faces articulated by a strong central midrib flanked by elongated recessed flutes. The blade narrows into a slender grip with a moulded collar and a broad, crescentic pommel cap preserving traces of its original infill.
