The book is composed of assorted articles, addresses, letters, interviews and pronouncements, it includes Einstein's opinions on the meaning of life, ethics, science, society, religion, and politics”. Item Description First published in England February 1935. This copy is second impression, printed within the same month February 1935. The book is authorised English translation of the volume ‘Mein Weltbild’ by Albert Einstein. Translated by Alan Harris. Published by John Lane The Bodley Head, London, 1935. Publishers’ original red cloth boards with gold titles to spine. Book Dimensions: 22 x 14 cm and Number of Pages: 214 + 6 pages of publishers’ books. Condition Firm and well-bound copy. External covers are marked and faded at edges, with some wear to corners, and edges, and minor rubbing to head and foot of spine. Marks of library code to lower spine. Internally; the book in good condition. A label sticker of ‘University Library Durham’ on inside front cover page, and date stamps 1970, on the lower margin of the title page. Also, a library sheet was attached to rear free endpaper pages. Text is clear and bright, and pages are clean with occasional marks on few pages (Please see pictures).
