One-of-a-kind original Porsche 959 special US certificate and rare brochure and manual. Original certificate (from the archives of Porsche in Germany) which was intended to be issued to a special group of 40 Porsche 959 sport version cars for the US. The Porsche 959 was not road legal in the US, however a special program was developed to bring 40 cars to the US. Due to a misunderstanding between Porsche and the US authorities the program was scrapped and never implemented. This certificate comes from the collection of a prominent Porsche collector. It will be accompanied by a letter certifying the authenticity and the source. Additionally in this collection is an original Porsche 959 sales brochure and original 959 driver’s manual.
