Sage Guitars - Custom Utilitarian - - Guitare basse électrique - États-Unis

Offered for sale is an exceptional Sage Custom Utilitarian bass, handcrafted by Ryan T. Welcome, founder and head luthier of Sage Guitars, USA. Ryan T. Welcome is a name synonymous with excellence in luthiery. With years of experience crafting instruments for world-class musicians, including Jeff Ament (Pearl Jam), Mick Thompson (Slipknot), Billy Corgan (The Smashing Pumpkins), and Lenny Kravitz, his work has left an indelible mark on the music world. Trained under master builders William Eaton and John Rueter, and having honed his craft at Hamer Guitars under Jol Danzig, Ryan’s attention to detail and passion for tone make his instruments nothing short of legendary. Sage Guitars is no longer in business, making this bass an incredibly rare opportunity to own a piece of luthiery history. Specifications: Body: Flamed ash with a stunning amberburst finish. Neck: AAA birdseye maple reinforced with graphite rods. Fretboard: Premium Brazilian rosewood. Hardware: Lightweight Hipshot tuners and a Hipshot B-style bridge. Electronics: Nordstrand pickups paired with an Aguilar 3-band preamp featuring a mid-frequency switch. Condition: This bass is brand new, never played, with zero fretwear. The only imperfection is a small lacquer chip near the bottom right bolt, which does not affect sound or playability and can be easily repaired if desired. This bass represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship and tonal excellence and is more than just a bass – it’s a rare, handcrafted instrument by a luthier who has shaped the sound of iconic bands. Don’t miss this chance to own a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
