A remarkable and highly decorative antique French porcelain fish service for 10 people, produced in Limoges by Chastagner, featuring the refined “Nankin” décor. This elegant service is distinguished by its finely detailed fish motifs and a sophisticated gilt border.
The service consists of:
10 plates 24.8 cm
1 large oval serving dish 40 cm x 31 cm
Overall in good condition, 4 plates show small chips on the reverse side only (not visible from the front) and 1 plate has a light crazing line. No restorations observed. Normal signs of age consistent with period and use
