Everything was detailed in the picture and description but i guess that the buyer expected a brand new product whereas it was stated as very good condition both on the listing and in the description

Purtroppo le foto fornite erano state fatte con dei filtri che rendevano la borsa molto più lucida e bella. In realtà è molto meno lucente ed opaca. Avrei preferito mi arrivasse come da foto. Peccato
