Er zijn 2 kavels gecombineerd verzonden, echter zijn er twee keer verzendkosten betaald. Aan het verzoek om éénmaal de verzendkosten terug te storten wordt geen gehoor gegeven. Zeer slechte service.

The box have a tag with cost 15€ but i paid 95€, when the authorities of my country get the package ask me for the documents and when they see the real price they finally charge me another 75€.

Careful mailing. The samples were excellent, well and safely packed. One criticism however: none of the samples has its scientific name, which is a shame for an insect collectionist like me.
