Das Objekt war sehr gut verpackt, so dass keine Teile beim Transport beschädigt werden konnten. Auch waren die Glasteile sauber, so dass sie nicht mehr gereinigt werden mussten. Danke ....

What i received is a yellow/off yellow glass rosettes that is to be mounted flat against the ceiling, not like this is. Also, it arrived with three broken rosettes. Value gone. What are next steps.
