As an academic by profession, I’m not really a professional seller, just someone who’s been passionately immersed in the world of watches for nearly two decades. For about five years now, I’ve occasionally listed pieces from my own collection on Catawiki. I find joy not only in researching and deepening my intellectual understanding of timepieces, but also in tinkering with them on an amateur level. And while I’m not a full-time seller, I always aim to handle each sale with care: presenting the watches properly, packaging them correctly for the buyer, and staying in touch even if no issues arise. So, you’ll see here that for me, watches are more than just a hobby, they’re a genuine passion and a lifelong love.
