OFFLINE ART DEPT. Discover our work on Instagram: louiswashere.jpg Independent Contemporary Art Studio Based in Germany. OFFLINE ART DEPT. is an independent creative platform dedicated to contemporary art, urban culture and unconventional artistic expression. Inspired by graffiti, street art and modern pop culture, we believe that art should challenge conventions, provoke thought and occasionally break the rules. Our focus is on bold visual statements, distinctive artworks and bringing the raw energy of the streets into contemporary spaces. No unnecessary rules. No expectations. Just art. Less scrolling. More art. Discover our work on Instagram: louiswashere.jpg
