Watch arrived with crown/stem that would not seat and popped out immediately. Seller blamed user error despite photos showing crown not flush. Professional watchmaker confirmed damage. Poor inspection

lovely item it was just not classified as an antique when shipping. I had to then ask the importer to reclassify inorder to pay the correct/lower amount of VAT.
