Sultans of Manga is devoted to original art by Japanese mangaka, with a particular soft spot for the Shōwa era, that stretch of manga history that's basically the Golden, Silver, and Bronze Age of comics all rolled into one. Our collection ranges from the giants of manga to the most obscure underground names, and yes, we're just as happy to track down something more recent when it's got the right spirit. We don't chase trends. We chase the manga art that's rare, overlooked, or simply what we like, and we love the full spectrum of what manga can be!
