ik heb contact opgenomen met de verkoper, die meewerkte. Maar het is Catawiki waar je voor moet oppassen. ik hen €21 betaald voor een verkruimelde poster van een product dat ik wilde hebben. 

I am sorry about the misunderstanding, but the listing was not offering a dish. The original title was: “Villeroy & Boch – Keramik vom Barock bis zur Neuen Sachlichkeit – Münchner Stadtmuseum – Original exhibition poster, 1976.” The item was listed in the “Posters & Wall Decor” category, with photographs of the poster, its dimensions of 59 × 84 cm, and a detailed description of its condition. The Villeroy & Boch dish was merely the subject depicted on the exhibition poster.

As soon as the buyer requested cancellation, I immediately agreed, did not ship the poster, extended the shipping deadline to allow sufficient time for the cancellation, and repeatedly asked the buyer to contact Catawiki Customer Support. I also contacted Catawiki myself and confirmed that I fully agreed to the cancellation and refund. As the seller, I was unable to cancel an already paid order myself. I did everything within my power and cooperated fully from the very beginning.

Wonderfully packed. In mint condition. With all acessories and even a bag of Sony brand.

this was a scam!!!i took it to have it checked and missing sent the most important pieces, it must be thrown away. thanks for the scam

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with the device. As we discussed over the phone, we agreed that this was likely a fault with the device, and I immediately informed Catawiki about the situation. They will process a refund for the amount you paid.

Given that we resolved the matter and agreed on the refund, I don't quite understand the negative review. With vintage equipment, such situations can unfortunately occur. However, I always ensure that if a buyer receives a faulty item, their money will be refunded without hesitation.
