The reasons given for this rating are false. The parcel was delivered to his home, but he did not answer the door. From that point onwards, I informed him where he should collect the parcel. Despite this, he handled the matter poorly, creating numerous problems in a situation that could easily have been resolved.

I can only regret that there are people who choose to behave in this manner.

Item arrived as pictured however not exactly as described. It was represented as “excellent” quality and the seller did not mention that it had been broken and glued back together at some point.

Could you please post a photograph that represents what you're saying, because I honestly don't know where the piece was glued. It would be very important and honest if you could somehow the area that was supposedly glued.
