Unfortunately, the shipment was lost by the carrier, which is outside of my control. As a result, the entire order has been cancelled.

The only remaining step now is the refund process, which is handled directly by Catawiki. The funds are held by them and will be released according to their standard procedure after cancellation.

From my side, everything possible has been done to resolve the situation and follow up with Catawiki. I understand this is frustrating, but the payment process can only be completed through their system.
