Unprofessional seller. Received faulty item, can’t set time/date. Contacted Catawiki and the seller promptly within the time limit, I sent a video showing the damage, NO reply yet. Awaiting resolution

The watch is 30 mm. It was 40 mm in your auction description and 36 mm in the detailed description. But it seems i can comunicate with the seller and sort it out.
