We never received the order, I do not know who hey delivered to, but for sure was not delivered to us, at this point we want to be fully reimbursed. This siuation is unacceptable.

Alles ontvangen in goede staat. De verpakking was goed. Enig punt van kritiek is de ietswat trage verzending.

Very good china, but it was not packaged during transportation, which caused one of the puppy’s tails to break. It was very heartache, but I knew it was a transportation problem.

Alla fine tutto è andato bene perché sono andata a prendermi il pacco. Molto soddisfatta delle bambole, molto meno della comunicazione col venditore, praticamente inesistente.
