Had to wait a ridicilously long time for a product I had paid for promptly. Messages to seller unanswered, generic messages citing blame on suppliers etc. very poor to deal with.

De communicatie verloopt niet al te vlot. Na twee weken zonder enige communicatie heb ik een claim ingediend. Pas toen was er meer duidelijkheid rond de levering. Uiteindelijk 1 maand moeten wachten.

Siento decir que el servicio ha sido pésimo. Compré 2 objetos y después de mucho tiempo y quejas a Catawiki conseguí que aunque tarde, se me enviara uno y anular el otro objeto. No son recomendables.

The product was great but I was disappointed that my two separate orders were shipped in one package even though I paid €29 shipping on each order. I thought that shipping two orders was not allowed.
