From one of Austria’s most fervent biodynamic winemakers, this fresh-faced take on the Austrian classic, Zweigelt, has all of the characteristic spice you'd expect with generously juicy fruit and a refreshing, acid-driven structure. After being destemmed, grapes undergo a 10-day wild ferment and spend 16 months in old oak barrels to smooth out the rough edges. Lingonberry jam, clove-studded cherry, dirty raspberry & a whiff of wet earth followed by dusty tannins and the distinct feeling that you’ve made all the right decisions. Pair with fence-hopping, flirting with danger and fires on the beach.
