Carla Sutera Sardo - Pink

Carla Sutera Sardo (b. 1983, Agrigento, Sicily) is an Italian photographer known for her dreamlike, evocative images that explore the relationship between the female body, landscape, and atmosphere. She discovered photography during her university years while studying law and later fully committed to the medium, developing a self-taught and deeply personal visual language.

Her work often features women in dialogue with natural and architectural environments, creating timeless, poetic images that balance vulnerability and strength. Carla’s photography has appeared in international publications including Vogue Italia and L’œil de la Photographie, and she has exhibited in major cities such as London, Turin, Florence, Palermo, Zhengzhou, and Paris. She has also received notable awards, including recognition at the Sony World Photography Awards and other international competitions.
