Fairey explains that the print builds on a portrait he originally made for his Make Art Not War piece from the Iraq War era. The image includes a “third eye” blooming like a flower, symbolizing a dialogue with one’s inner self, higher consciousness, and a quest for enlightenment — ideas he sees as essential for peace and harmony. The concept extends his familiar theme of “eyes open — mind open,” focusing on looking both outward and inward.

Technically, it’s printed on cream cotton paper with hand-deckled edges, signed and numbered by Fairey, and includes a digital certificate of authenticity by Veristart. The print is sold out.
