ELENA PARASKEVA è stata nominata FOTOGRAFA DELL\'ANNO (2024/2023/2021/2018) da 4 diverse e distinte società internazionali di fotografia.
È alumni di Hasselblad Masters, World Masters Of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris ecc., e svolge il ruolo di stimato giurato per il FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS dal 2021.

Ha esposto al PARLAMENTO EUROPEO a Bruxelles, nonché in Biennali e prestigiose gallerie a NYC, Parigi, Tokyo, Londra, DUBAI, Vienna, Barcellona, Monaco, Kuala Lumpur (Malesia), Firenze, Francoforte, Malaga (Spagna), Linz(Austria), Graz(Austria), Siena(Italia) ecc.

L\'acquisizione più recente delle sue opere è stata affidata al Public Art Department del Västra Götaland Government in Svezia. Tra le istituzioni pubbliche che detengono i suoi lavori, la più speciale è il Boston Children\'s Hospital negli Stati Uniti, che ha un\'installazione di 500 cm al suo ingresso dell\'ala dei bambini malati di cancro.

Elena Paraskeva è stata scelta da Saatchi Art come una delle "Artisti da tenere d\'occhio". Il presidente dell\'IAA, una delle più grandi organizzazioni artistiche, l\'ha descritta come "una delle più grandi talenti nell\'industria della fotografia". Il curatore del Florida Museum of Photographic Arts ha scritto che "ha un portfolio impressionante e grande esperienza nella fotografia". Adobe, creatori di Photoshop, ha elogiato il suo lavoro come "straordinaria immaginazione concettuale", e ScanArt International l\'ha definita "maestra del surrealismo e delle narrazioni concettuali".

È stata pubblicata sulle pagine e sulle copertine di numerose pubblicazioni tra cui The Guardian UK, The Guardian Australia, The Times, Aesthetica, Vogue.it, Lensculture, Photography Masterclass, PDN ecc.
Attualmente è al punto della sua carriera in cui viene richiesta come giudice in concorsi professionali in tutto il mondo e viene invitata a parlare in seminari di fotografia.

È stata incaricata da ADOBE (creatori di Photoshop) di insegnare a professionisti di tutto il mondo i suoi processi creativi ed editorsiali.
