Rare Vintage English Pub Advertising Panel – Full Comic Series "Smile please, you're in Greenall Whitley land" – Pure Irish Linen Tea Towel on Board – c. 1975-1980

Stunning and hard-to-find piece of British Breweriana and vintage pub memorabilia, dating from the late 1970s. This is not a common paper poster, but an authentic, collectible promotional tea towel made of genuine Pure Irish Linen, commissioned by the historic British brewery Greenall Whitley & Co. (Warrington, England).

The textile features the complete and iconic series of 12 traditional British pub humour cartoons (the very same designs used individually on the brewery's cardboard beer mats/coasters during that era), beautifully printed in bold red, yellow, and black colors.

Features & Mounting:
The original Irish linen cloth has been historically stretched and mounted onto a rigid backing board for display (the reverse side clearly shows the folded edge with the original printed "IRISH LINEN" mark). This period craftsmanship transforms the textile into a solid, sturdy wall sign which is ready to hang.
