Kabuff Bonbon is an exclusive collectible lamp created by Kabuff, an Italian collective of architects dedicated to producing contemporary design objects in strictly limited editions. This piece is part of an edition of only 50 numbered examples and is offered exclusively through Catawiki.

Entirely handcrafted in a small artisan workshop in Southern Italy, each lamp is individually assembled with meticulous attention to detail. Every piece reflects the collective's approach: combining architectural thinking, traditional craftsmanship and carefully selected materials to create timeless objects designed to last.

The lamp is sculpted from a single panel of natural birch plywood, precisely laser-cut and carefully bent into its flowing, continuous form. Both the exterior and interior are left completely natural, allowing the authentic beauty of the birch grain to become the defining feature of the piece. Rather than being painted or coated with synthetic finishes, the wood is treated with boiled linseed oil, enhancing its natural warmth while improving durability, protection and giving the surface a subtle satin sheen.

Its sculptural silhouette gently filters the light through its curved wooden structure, creating soft, atmospheric shadows that become an integral part of the design.
